Not going to use the priority point email address anymore as they say they didn't get my email so I have missed out. Back to the 1980's fax then from now on.

CW, I had this with the Bristol City away in the Cup which was also SOLD OUT. Got told by TO that they hadn't received my application by PP email so I went down there & ask for the TO manger, with a copy of email sent, who looked into it & hey presto I was given 4 tickets on the Monday morning...
So if you can prove you sent the email, within time limit, then I'd chase it up as chances are they overlooked it mate..
I got my Arsenal tickets via the PP email but asked for 'Confirmation of receipt' & got nothing which in this day & age isn't the way to operate but this is WHU !!!!!!

Sold out grumps to season ticket holders. An acknowledgement email would be so easy for them to set up as well.
Far Cough - We got the 5.30 back and carried on when we got back to London. Got home at midnight!

I know they have to deal with shit loads of these emails but they should really have an autoreply set so people can at least get some sort of acknowledgement.
